Registration process

1. Fill out and return an Intake form. This is not a registration form and does not require any payment. This simply tells us you are interested in learning more about our program. Forms can be filled out at any time for the upcoming year/s. please note the year you wish your child to attend.

2. Within a few days you should receive a confirmation email that we have your Intake form. If you do not hear back from us, please email alamedaprek@gmail.com and check to see if it arrived.

3. Based on availability, we will offer families an opportunity to tour the program, see the rooms, and ask any questions. We do not off tours of current classes. It is too distracting for the children and teachers alike. Both Irvington and Beaumont/Alameda prek run identical programming.

4. We will tour families at the site closest to your school cluster. i.e.Beverly Cleary & Alameda students will attend Beaumont School , Boise-Elliot students will attend Irvington School.

5. TO REGISTER YOU MUST ATTEND THE TOUR. (Unless you are a returning family and do not require a second tour.) Registration forms are handed out at the end of each tour.

Following the tour you will have 48 hours to decide if you wish to register. If so, you will need to email IED, and send in your non-refundable registration fee within the week. If you decide not to register, your place will be offered to another family after the 48 hours are up.

If we do not hear from you, we assume you do not wish to register.
